If you choose this option, we will take an impression of your mouth to create a set of custom trays (for both the upper and lower arches). This process ensures an exact fit with your mouth, key for preventing contact with the gums and tissues. We will provide you with a whitening gel that you will pour into the trays at home; our team will provide you with clear, step-by-step instructions for this process.
For maximum results, we recommend that you wear the trays overnight or for several hours during the day, for at least 2 weeks. Noticeable results are typically achieved in two to three weeks.
